Early Bird Rotary Raffle a Success

Sheboygan – After their regular morning club meeting on December 15, new member, Steve Roelse(left) and club President, Tom Bartz(right) award Ms. Patty Taylor, staff at Lakeland College with her winning 1st place prize package of 4 Green Bay/Detroit game tickets for January 1st at Lambeau Field.  Each year, Sheboygan Early Bird Rotary Club and its Foundation grant several deserving local students scholarships to area technical colleges.  This raffle sale netted the club over $3,000 for this worthy cause. Early Bird Rotary meets every Thursday morning at Al and Al’s on South 12th Street from 7-8am to promote Rotary International’s mission of providing service to others, promoting high ethical standards, advancing world understanding and peace through its fellowship of business, professional and community leaders.  Check us out in person or on the web at http://earlybirdrotary.org.
