Early Bird Rotary Tech School Scholarship
Objective:
To provide financial assistance, offer professional mentoring, and encourage recipients to pursue local employment, both during the educational process and after. While the local scholarship is applicable to any eastern Wisconsin technical school, ideally the recipients(s) will be attending Lakeshore Technical College.
Specifics:
$1,500 scholarship ($750 annually). Applications due by March 13, 2009
Eligibility Requirements
- Member of the current graduating class of a Sheboygan County High School
- Have a minimum 2.5 grade point average for all years of high school attendance.
- Have demonstrated a capacity for leadership.
- Have shown an interest in activities such as community, school or church.
Scholarship Selection - Interview
Along with the information that you submit with your application, the scholarship Committee may interview you. We will contact you to arrange a date, time, and room for the interview. The interview is expected to last no more than 15 minutes.
Deadline for Application
This application must be returned to your guidance counselor or principal, for submittal to the chair of the Sheboygan Early Bird Rotary Scholarship Committee by March 13, 2009
