"Non-Attainment" of Air Pollution Levels in Sheboygan Co.

Jane Brill, from the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce and Jake Curtis from Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty will discuss Sheboygan County “Non-Attainment” (of air pollution levels) which hurts existing and new potential businesses with unnecessary regulations and cost burdens due to the DNR/EPA Lake Michigan air monitor, which detects the summer ozone pollution blown up from Chicago and southern Wisconsin, not from our own making. This is a huge concern for those manufacturing and other businesses that wish to locate here in the County.  This is why some have named our County in a “No-Growth” zone.
